Brian Keith Hensgens, born in 1972 to Charles Hensgens Sr. and Elizabeth Miller, is the fifth of six children and was raised on a farm in Mulvey, Louisiana. He graduated from Notre Dame High School and earned a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology from the University of Louisiana.

With more than 24 years of experience as a nursing home administrator, Brian is the current owner of Acadia–St. Landry Nursing Home & Rehabilitation and The Road Home Therapy Center, alongside his brother Craig “Bob” Hensgens. He has lived in Crowley for 22 years, where he and his wife April LeBlanc Hensgens raised their three children, Koen, Leiden, and Lauryn.

Brian currently serves on the Louisiana Nursing Home Association Board, having served for 12 years. He previously served 6 years as CEO of LARC of Acadiana, supporting the developmental disabilities community of Acadiana, and has held leadership roles on the State ARC Board and the State LCE Board. He continues his commitment to service as a current member of the LARC Board.

Jenny has been a Registered Nurse since 2002 graduating with an Associate of Science in Nursing from LSUE. She has experience in med-surg care, ortho-neuro care and home health care. Her home health care journey began in 2005 as a field nurse then moved into a Director of Nursing role in 2006. She has been a dedicated Lamm Home Health employee since 2015 and currently serves as the Administrator/Director of Nursing of Home Health Services. She is the mother of 2 children and resides in Crowley. Jenny quickly realized that her passion was with home care after seeing the benefits of one-on-one healthcare in the home.

Kerri began her career in 1997 with various roles in office management. She joined Lamm in 2018 and has played a vital role as Administrative Assistant for many years. Kerri entered her role as Manager of Finance in 2024 and continues to excel in her new position. She is the mother of one daughter, the stepmother of two sons, and is the grandmother of six grandchildren. She resides in Iota with her fiancé, Wade. Kerri is passionate about healthcare and is a great asset to our company.

Judy began her nursing career as an RN in 1991 graduating from the University of Southwestern Louisiana with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.  Her career began at American Legion Hospital in Crowley from 1991-2004 in various roles.  She then moved into the Pharmaceutical industry as a Sales Consultant.  Her home health/hospice journey began in 2009.  She has been a dedicated Lamm employee since 2014 currently serving as Director of Sales. She is the mother of 2 children and resides in Crowley with her husband Troy.  Judy is passionate about home health and end-of-life care.

Jan has been a Licensed Practical Nurse since 2010.  Her Home Health/Hospice journey began in 2017 on our Home Health Intake Team.  She has been a dedicated Lamm employee since 2017 and currently serves as a Patient Care Coordinator. She is the mother of 1 son and resides in Hathaway with her husband Jeremy.  Jan is passionate about home health and end-of-life care.
